Hannity commits heinous crime of tweeting ballot, pleads ignorance

If he did, he'd have known most states — including New York, where Hannity cast his vote — prohibit voters from photographing and publicly displaying their own votes. Alas, the Fox News Channel host learned that "big civics lesson," as he called it, the hard way, tweeting a picture of his completed ballot to his 600,000 followers, and then, after learning it could be a misdemeanor, deleting the tweet. "Whoops!" Hannity shamefacedly told his radio audience. "I didn't know, I really didn't, honestly."
