Mall shoppers fall for the old crying-baby trick

It's setting a new standard for "gotcha" when you can shock people's sensibilities twice. Self-styled prankster Jack Vale pulls it off, though, first by abandoning what looks like a crying baby on a mall bench, and then drawing back the blanket to reveal "Old Man Harry." Most of his  prankees are pretty good sports about the gag (although it looks like one woman is ready to slap ol' Jack), and one dad even re-pranks his son.
