Senator disses Obama as a fedora-wearing hipster3/1/2012
Sadly, the term "hipster" has finally made its way into our national dialog. In a speech on the Senate floor Wednesday, Senator Orrin Hatch used the term while chastising President Barack Obama's economic policies. Claiming that the president had turned his back on blue collar workers in favor of policies that favor "wealthy urbanites," Hatch said: "President Obama has traded in the hard hat and lunch bucket category of the Democratic Party for the hipster fedora and a double skim latte." We're glad to see that interns are influencing speech content.
