Shakira and her boyfriend, Spanish soccer star Gerard Piqué, have shared the first pic of their little bundle of joy, a boy named Milan, and the little guy already has some custom footwear. Piqué tweeted out an adorable pic of Milan rocking some cool shoes that already have his name embroidered on them. And with a dad who's a standout on the soccer pitch, it doesn't come as any surprise that little Milan's first piece of gear would be some shoes.
