If you've been following the Elmo sex scandal, you know that all seemed well on Sesame Street by the end of last week, when Sheldon Stephens — who had accused Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash of having sex with him seven years ago, when Stephens was 16 — recanted his story. Now Stephens is saying he stands by his original accusation, according to TMZ. Stephens reportedly accepted a $125,000 settlement in return for stating that his relationship with Clash was "adult" and "consensual." Stephens is allegedly saying he was "pressured" into recanting and wants to forfeit his settlement payout. [Source]
