Shrimp boat finds ex-football player's leg floating in Florida
6/10/2012Everyone aboard feared the worst when a leg was spotted in the shrimp nets of a boat fishing Choctawatchee Bay off the coast of Florida, including the ship's captain, Matt Willingham, who figured there'd be a body attached. When it turned out to be a prosthetic leg with a Kentucky Wildcats logo painted on, authorities still presumed a likely drowning until the media tracked down former UK football player Fred Robinson, who lost the leg swimming over Memorial Day weekend and figured he'd never get it back. "Ain't nobody dead," Robinson said. "Just give me back my leg." He'll be reunited with it Monday. Go Blue.
What's the weirdest thing you've ever caught while fishing?
