The body of a 50-year-old man has been discovered inside his Brighton, England, apartment a whopping 2 years after his death, a discovery that sends terror into the hearts of single apartment-dwellers everywhere. Simon Allen was reclusive, his neighbors recall, and though there was a musty smell emanating from his apartment, it wasn’t strong enough to draw concern.
