Siri, call my attorney: Angry iPhone customer sues Apple

Everyone has seen that iPhone commercial where a would-be Joe Strummer tells Siri to call him "Rock God." After filing a lawsuit against Apple on Monday, New York resident Frank M. Fazio essentially told her to call him "Plaintiff." The Wall Street Journal reports that Fazio has been disappointed with the responses he gets from the phone's built-in assistant, claiming that Siri is "far less responsive in real life" than she is in those 30 second TV spots. In his complaint, Fazio says Siri seems "like a work in progress," a statement that Apple wouldn't deny; they've repeatedly noted that Siri is in 'beta' which, as Technolog says, turns every 4S owner into an Apple product tester.
