For one Arizona family, 2012 ended on a tragic note. Savannah Ramirez, 19, accidentally shot and killed her brother while the two posed with a gun for a Facebook picture. Ramirez, Manuel Ortiz and two friends were in Ortiz's apartment when someone "pulled out a gun and … started playing with it for Facebook photos." Ramirez mistakenly fired the weapon, and a bullet struck Ortiz in the head. The 22-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. The group had reportedly been drinking, and Ramirez's actions, combined with her alleged alcohol consumption, will likely result in a manslaughter charge.
