Skydiver's midair collision is only part of his tangle of troubles

It's a big, blue sky up there, and you'd think there would be plenty of room for a couple of skydivers to negotiate their way back to earth without banging into each other. But that was almost the least of this unidentified daredevil's problems once he and his partner unclasped hands after leaping from the plane. Upon deploying his chute, our hero watches helplessly as the wind twists the ropes into a braid that becomes even worse once his partner slams into the canopy. Luckily, for just such occasions was the concept of the backup parachute born. Don't leave the plane without it.
