Man, cellphones are so rigid and restrictively rectangular, right? Well, thank goodness some powerful minds are looking into this problem and developing a phone you’ll be able to bend and flex into different shapes. In the ongoing battle for one-upmanship in the smartphone market, where differentiating yourself with snazzy new tricks and tweaks can put you ahead of the others, Samsung is developing mobile devices with plastic, rather than glass, displays that will be unbreakable and bendable. The South Korean company is reportedly in the last phase of developing this twisty tech, which they expect to release in the first half of 2013.
