Sneaker giant winning Olympic mind games
7/3/2012Nike may not be officially associated with the Olympic Games in London, but the athletic wear company was the brand consumers most associated with the quadrennial event back in February. The folks at Adidas, who shelled out big bucks to be an actual partner of the London Games, must be cursing their names. Now Nike has released a new marketing campaign just weeks before the Games begin that will have viewers likely connecting the pair again. Called "Game On, World," the new spot showcases an athlete who brilliantly weaves his way through a city's many obstacles and a variety of sports. Game on, Adidas.
