7/24/2012We've come to expect multiple rounds of name changes from the likes of Diddy (or Puff Daddy or P. Diddy or whatever), but now Snoop Dogg is opting for a new moniker as a way to promote his new persona as a reggae artist. The rapper-slash-marijuana enthusiast is going by Snoop Lion for his new album titled "Reincarnated," so we guess it's only fitting that the name change happen. And just in case the whole thing still seemed too unbelievable, Snoop has even started a Snoop Lion Twitter account, which is full of all the requisite "jahs" one would need to be taken seriously as a reggae artist.
