Snooki’s big post-pregnancy plans: a boob job

Snooki wants to keep us all abreast of her pregnancy weight gain: She's packed on 15 pounds so far, and it's gone straight to her chest. "They're huge!" the "Jersey Shore" star says of her newly enlarged knockers. Though she's swelled from a C-cup to a D-cup, Snooki says she's counting on breast-feeding to help her "bounce right back." She's also got big plans for after she's done nursing her son: "Then, I want to get a boob job!" At least we know what to expect after she's expecting.
