Sonia Sotomayor slams prosecutor's moronic strategy, racist remarks

A federal prosecutor said this in a courtroom: "You've got African-Americans, you've got Hispanics, you've got a bag full of money. Does that tell you — a light bulb doesn't go off in your head and say, 'This is a drug deal?'" The unnamed prosecutor's limited imagination and cheap-shot judicial tactics did not go unnoticed by Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Stephen Breyer. Although the court rejected a review of the defendant’s appeal, both justices criticized the prosecutor. Sotormayor slammed the attorney’s strategy, calling his tactics as a representative of the U.S. "deeply disappointing."
