'Special sauce' no secret so you, too, can be a McChef

Nothing's a secret on the Internet. But in case you didn't believe the many reports of just what goes into the "special sauce" that makes the Big Mac so, uh, special, McDonald's director of "culinary innovation" Daniel Coudreaut is happy to show you. You'll have to figure the measurements yourself, but all the ingredients should be in your cupboard: mayo, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and white wine vinegar. That's pretty anticlimactic, really. But then, if your life has devolved into making Mickey D's meals at home, you're past the big thrills stage. Let's just hope they never show us how McNuggets are made.
