'Spitting image' father-and-son share a chew at ball game
4/8/2012Turns out overbearing Little League fathers aren't the only scourge of baseball where kids are concerned. A cameraman at this Rangers vs. White Sox game caught what he thought was a warm father-son bonding moment in the stands -- until Dad decided that the missing ingredient was a plug of chew for Junior. So much for the impact of MLB's new policy banning players from even having a tin of the stuff on them. And by the way -- the announcer didn't really say "the spitting image" before awkwardly clamming up, did he?
