10 college student exposés on campus squirrel life

Just as disgustingly adorable pictures of cats are always welcome on the Internet, in the world of college media, you apparently can't go wrong with an exposé on campus squirrel life. These headlines, all appearing in the last 12 months, capture every aspect of the not-so-elusive campus squirrel. Squirrels in toilets. Squirrels breaking and entering. Squirrels disappearing. And our own personal favorite, Penn State's very own squirrel whisperer – a freshman known not only for playing with squirrels but for giving them little hats too. (Here are the photos). We still don't quite understand why this is a trend, but that doesn’t mean we don’t really really like that this is a trend. Enjoy.
