McDonald's staff accused of selling burgers next to corpse

It seems nothing stops McDonald’s workers from serving those burgers and fries – not even the death of a customer. Employees at a Croatian branch of the fast food chain are accused of continuing to serve customers even though a woman had collapsed and died at the counter. After paramedics were unable to save her, it is alleged that a white napkin was placed over the woman’s face, while staff carried on making and selling food to its customers. Restaurant officials claim it was only the drive-thru section of the restaurant that remained open while they waited for mortuary staff.
