When you host a big event, you only invite your favorite people. So it's no surprise that Michelle Obama's State of the Union guest list is packed with the president's allies and people who reflect the issues of his address. The people in the First Lady and Jill Biden's box include the mother of 15-year-old shooting victim Hadiya Pendleton, reflecting the theme of gun control; NASA's Iranian-American 'Mohawk Guy' Bobak Ferdowsi, underlining immigration reform; and Apple CEO Tim Cook, because... well, maybe the First Lady just likes iPhones.
