Step right up, git yer nastiest beaches in the US right here
6/27/2012In a stereotype shake-up, a report reveals that you might be better off swimming in "Dirty Jerz" than off the coast of sunny California if you'd like to avoid a skin rash, stomach virus or respiratory illness. The Natural Resources Defense Council's study indicates you can swim with (relative) confidence in Delaware, New Hampshire, North Carolina, New Jersey and Florida, which had the cleanest beaches in 2011.
