Clueless man allegedly steals $60K of stuff from Steve Jobs’ house
8/14/2012Kariem McFarlin's mugshot might have to be labeled 'iRob.' The 35-year-old California man has been arrested in connection with the burglary of late Apple founder Steve Jobs' Palo Alto home. During that mid-July break-in, McFarlin allegedly made off with over $60,000 worth of "computers and personal items." The Santa Clara County district attorney wouldn't spill any details about what was swiped (such as how many black turtlenecks might be among the loot) or whether the goods belonged to Jobs himself, but he did say that he didn't believe the thief had any idea whose locks he was picking. "The best we can tell is it was totally random," he said. [Source]
