Former home of Steve Wozniak (the other Apple guy) for sale for $4.4M3/18/2013
Want a not-so-little piece of Apple history? Then grab your credit card — actually, grab all of your credit cards —and get ready to shell out for the palatial Los Gatos, Calif., former home of Steve Wozniak. The 7,500-square-foot house, set in a wooded mountain area and boasting its own koi pond and waterfall, was first put on the market for $5 million last fall, but the current owners have kindly dropped the price to a dirt-cheap $4.395 million. Wozniak built the home in 1986, just 10 years after he and Steve Jobs designed one of the globe’s very first home computers. The house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, and though it underwent renovations in ’06, it still retains a number of its original postmodern design elements. [Source]
Update: This story was corrected to show Wozniak is not the current owner of the home.
