Cranky driver tries to pull over cop for not wearing seat belt

Most of us try to stay out of the way of the fuzz when we're cruising down the highway, but watch this Michigan driver get right up in a cop's window and attempt to pull him over for driving without a seat belt. Wait, what? Apparently perturbed that the officer was driving recklessly with a K-9 on board, Steven McClain, self-appointed keeper of the seat belt law (he maintains a stash of pics of officials who drive without one), says he just wanted to discuss dog safety with the guy. McClain got slapped with a ticket for reckless driving. He's pled not guilty and heads to court again Dec. 14, where he could face 93 days in the slammer. [Source]
