'This man beats women' stickers may have helped Chris Brown

Well, this sucks. Those "THIS MAN BEATS WOMEN" stickers that a student organization slapped on the front of Chris Brown's CDs might have inadvertently helped Brown. The warnings made their only appearance at an HMV music store in Cambridge, England, and were thought to be the work of the Cambridge University Student Union Women's Campaign. But, sadly, there's a downside to their cleverness. "They got their point across pretty effectively," a spokesman for the U.K.-based retailer said. "With widespread coverage around the world, though, quite a few people now know there's a new Chris Brown album out." Maybe a few extra people learned that he beats women, too. [Source]
