Stripper claims drunken street fight was performance art

Dressed in a tank top, cut-off jeans and tall boots, 25-year-old Arlene Mena was spotted trying to drunkenly direct traffic in Hallandale Beach Fla. She threw a traffic cone at a passing motorist hard enough to break a car's side mirror. When confronted by the driver, she spat in his face and attacked a passerby who tried to intercede. When she was finally subdued and brought before a bond court judge, Mena claimed she was a street artist "trying to do some artwork." [Source]
