If you’re surfing the Web while you sip your ninth pre-game beer, don't be alarmed if you stumble upon some freaky photos of a Super Bowl security box fit for a sniper. The images show a solitary guard surveying the stadium with a high-powered rifle, and the photos were titled, "The unseen security at the previous Super Bowl." That's sort of true. The pics were indeed taken at the 2012 Super Bowl, but there wasn't a sniper hovering over the trigger during the game. They were taken by a SWAT team member and shared with tripod-maker Alamo Four Star. The rifle never had a single round in it, and the stadium wasn’t open to the public when the photos were taken. Relieved? Good. Now go eat some more wings. [Source]
