Suspect robs store, then buys everyone drinks in nearby bar

5/8/2012

A man walks into a bar and ... well, first he allegedly walks into a video store, says, "Stick 'em up," and makes off with $400. Then he walks into a bar - across the street. Then he announces loudly that he wants to buy a round for the house. Then the bartenders notice there are cops and police dogs combing the block while their new best customer waves around a wad of cash. And then everyone puts two and two together, and the suspect in a small spree of robberies is being hauled to jail on various charges, not the least of which is being the day's dumbest and most generous criminal. Bet he even left the bartenders a tip before they tipped off the police.
