Suspended player says he ate pot brownie by accident
3/29/2012It's been a rough offseason for the University of Georgia's football team, one marred by arrests and suspensions. Among the players suspended by Bulldogs coach Mark Richt is All-American safety Bacarri Rambo, who could miss the first four games of the 2012 season. His transgression? Eating a pot brownie. Rambo's high school coach said Rambo "accidentally" ate pot brownies while on spring break in Florida and failed a subsequent drug test. Said his former coach: "Some kids had them that were staying with him and he said he got high. He thought the things had marijuana in them. He sat there a couple of hours and didn't know what to do."
Do you buy his excuse?
