See this incredible skier backflip his way out of an avalanche

This terrifyingly steep descent of skier Sverre Liliequist at the Swatch Skiers Cup is impressive enough, but just watch what he does at about the 0.56 mark. With an avalanche breathing down his neck, he executes an incredible backflip and stays just ahead of it. Truly amazing. Someone calls him "The Swedish Butcher" after his run, which seems like a suitable nickname for such a bad ass.
