Customer allegedly stabbed by T-Mobile salesman in fight over bill

11/16/2012

This week in terrible customer service, a T-Mobile user was allegedly stabbed by a phone salesman. Police say a 59-year-old customer went to a T-Mobile store in Upper Darby, Pa. to complain about being double-billed. Somehow the discussion of the bill with employee Darnell Schoolfield, 21, got physical and the customer ripped Schoolfield's name tag off Schoolfield's shirt. He took it to the police station to file an assault complaint, where he reportedly realized he was bleeding from a stab wound. The customer is in a serious condition in hospital. A T-Mobile spokesperson wouldn't say whether the customer will still have to pay the much-disputed bill. [Source]
