Talk show audience member steals the spotlight with style
6/2/2012"Desperate Housewives" alumna Marcia Cross may open this clip from Ireland's "The Saturday Night Show," but she's not the star. Midway through Cross's discussion with host Brendon O'Connor, the camera goes to an audience member. It's the same shot we've seen a million times, except this guy, with perfect timing, offers the camera a quick salute and then a sidelong glance, as if to say, "Yes, I did really just do that." (Be patient: It gets funnier each time you watch it). The unknown "ridiculously photogenic guy" now has commenters asking how he pulled it off: "A red light at the bottom of the camera pops up when it's being used. That guy had his eye on it and was poised ready," wrote Fwuzeem. Mystery solved.
What's your take on this guy's trick?
