You may see a wiggling pound of flesh above a thong or a man wearing a fishnet suit and cowboy boots but you weather the storm because Walmart has the lowest prices in town. Well, not anymore! The hip scarlet behemoth that is Target has, this last month, offered 0.46 percent lower prices than Walmart -- meaning for every hundred dollars of merchandise, you’ll pay 46 cents less at Target, with the biggest differences in the grocery aisle.
