Teens flee yearbook after fight over lesbian pic

"You either cut the gay couple or I cut the page." That's allegedly what a faculty adviser told Rudolpho Tribulio when he and his fellow yearbook staffers included a pic of a hand-holding lesbian couple on a page celebrating their high school's relationships. Tribulio is one of four students who resigned or were removed from the Palmer High yearbook staff following what they considered an "unethical" decision by their advisor. A PR rep for the school district told KRDO the picture was scrapped because there was "too much PDA," but the station flipped through last year's annual and saw "several forms" of affection. The relationship page was replaced with (IRONY ALERT!) a collage highlighting the school's diversity.
