A man in North Carolina was arrested for stabbing a deaf man because he mistook the man's sign language for gang signs, police say. Terrance Daniels, 45, was walking down a street in the town of Burlington, speaking to another man using sign language when Robert Neal, 22, allegedly stabbed Daniels when he misunderstood Daniels' hand signals.
