Woman tries to shoot skunk, shoots husband instead

Surprisingly, a skunk came out of this mess smelling like roses. A woman in College Station, Texas, who stumbled upon one of the stinky creatures tried to shoot the critter with a .45-caliber handgun, but instead ended up shooting her husband in the stomach. Brazos County Sheriff Chris Kirk says the woman, who his department isn't naming but who has a permit to carry a concealed weapon, saw the skunk and fired. She missed. The shot then ricocheted off her deck, went through a closed back door, and ended up hitting her husband in the stomach.
