Continuing the age-old tradition of turning viral success stories into real actual books long after everyone on the Internet has grown tired of them, the wildly popular Tumblr Text From Dog has scored a publishing deal. The site depicts text message conversations between a fellow called October Jones and his goofball dog Cooper, depicted in a series of iPhone screenshots. "October and Cooper have been brightening up our days for months and we could not be more thrilled to be working them," said Sarah Emsley, deputy publishing director at Headline Publishing. "Text From Dog" will be published in October.
