It might not surprise you to find out that most of the okra and grits eaten this Thanksgiving came from the South. But did you realize that, if Twitter is any indicator, only New Yorkers like mashed turnips? Tweet aggregator Floating Sheep has mapped out all the Thanksgiving dishes tweeps bragged about eating this Turkey Day, and the results are pretty interesting. For example, in the battle of the pies, pecan handily wins the South, pumpkin carries the Midwest, but apple is pretty popular everywhere. But nobody, and we mean nobody, eats chestnut stuffing.
