With "lung-choking" air quality and water so polluted with noxious chemicals that pregnant women have been advised not to drink it (and, oh yes, showering in it gives people rashes), Fresno tops Forbes' list of America's 20 dirtiest cities. In fact, eight cities on Forbes' list are in the Golden State. Don't be so quick to point and snicker, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, New York City, Houston, Baton Rouge and Baltimore — you made the cut, too, ranking 3, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 18, respectively.
