Dear tourists, don't act like idiots at the 9/11 memorial

The families and friends of 9/11 victims and a number of rescue workers are speaking up to criticize visitors for turning New York's 9/11 memorial into "a Disney attraction." "So many people leaned on the tablets with all my friends' names engraved in them," first responder Marianne Pizzitola says. Other complaints involve people sitting on the memorial and balancing their Starbucks cups on the bronze plaques, sometimes even spilling coffee across the names (why can't people visit the solemn site BEFORE getting that Frappuccino?).
