Unseamly crime: more than $4,000 worth of Spanx stolen from JCPenney
12/19/2012Attention Floridians, there is a bandit among you who is most likely a sporting a slimming silhouette with no visible panty lines. According to an Indian River County Sheriff's Office report, a thief or thieves made off with $4182 worth of Spanx from a JCPenney in Vero Beach. About 100 pieces of the popular shapewear were stolen from the store racks, complete with their plastic hangers. Without witnesses, evidence or store surveillance video, police believe chances of catching the smooth operators are slim. [Source]
