'Criminal Minds' star Thomas Gibson nabbed for suspected DUI

"Criminal Minds" star Thomas Gibson was arrested in Los Angeles early Monday on suspicion of drunken driving. Around 1 a.m., the actor allegedly tried to drive through an area that had been closed to traffic for a nighttime half-marathons. Cops tried to stop him, but he plowed ahead in his Audi SUV anyway, police say, driving right onto the course and alarming the runners, according to the Huffington Post. Police eventually caught up with Gibson and, smelling alcohol on his breath, asked him to take a Breathalyzer test, which he refused. He was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and taken into custody, with bail set at $15,000. [Source]
