Cat named Tiny Tim diets and drops serious weight but now has cancer

Tiny Tim, the fat cat from Houston whose weight-loss struggles have earned him national attention, has suffered a huge health setback. Doctors monitoring the 30-pound kitty at the animal hospital that's treating him say he's been diagnosed with an aggressive tumor in his leg. Radiation and chemotherapy aren't options, but a CAT scan will determine if surgery could help Tiny Tim survive. Doctors are concerned that even that could prove risky. "It will be rough," notes one of his caretakers. "With [surgery] he may die. Without it he will die."
