Tom Cruise is so intent on secrecy that his testimony gets a bodyguard

Add possible wiretapping to the list of interesting things about Tom Cruise. The actor/Scientology superstar recently gave a videotaped deposition after he was sued by Michael Davis Sapir, a magazine editor, for allegedly tapping Sapir's phone. Cruise talked to authorities on Dec. 18 for three hours, and his list of crazy demands to ensure secrecy is making us extremely interested in this case: Only one original tape can be made, no one can look at the tape, and a "Custodian" must be assigned to "safeguard" the tape at all times.
