Domino's founder doesn't have to deliver contraception to his workers
3/14/2013The founder of Domino’s Pizza may lose some customers, but will gain some fame, after he successfully persuaded a federal judge that he should not have to provide contraception coverage under Obamacare. Tom Monaghan, who is devoutly Catholic, believes using contraception is "gravely immoral." Monaghan sold Domino's several years ago and this ruling affects is current business, which employs about 45 people. Employees' insurance currently does not cover abortion or contraception, and apparently won't as long as Monaghan's legal fight continues. [Source]
