Conservative ex-congressman will keep promise to smoke a joint

Tom Tancredo, a conservative ex-Congressman, says he'll make good on a promise to comedian Adam Hartle. Despite his right-leaning views, Tancredo supported the law legalizing recreational pot use in Colorado.
