Unless, of course, you’re cruising around topless and figure the smarter move would be to lead police on a high-speed chase. Mandy Ramsey tried to evade Marion County, Fla., authorities who were after her for putting the pedal to the metal, a plan that went fairly well until she ran a stop sign and rammed into an oak tree. Ramsey, who was arrested for fleeing the cops, revealed the reason behind her half-naked hightailing: She was simply trying to "surprise her boyfriend." Well played, Ms. Ramsey.
