Turns out all you need to tackle the litter problem is an angry trash can who'll literally tackle litterbugs, like the one depicted in this advertisement produced by South Dublin City Council. (Trust the Irish to come up with such a "hands-on" solution to littering.) Eagle-eyed Redditors noticed one of the girls in the ad is thrown to the ground even though she doesn't technically put any rubbish where it doesn't belong — looks like that trash can is a "shoot first, ask questions later" kind of trash receptacle.
