Trucker tries to fix fuel tank with duct tape, fails badly

We all know that duct tape can fix anything ... except fuel leaks from semi-trailer trucks, as it turns out. A Canadian big rig driver learned this unfortunate lesson when he attempted to MacGyver a crack in his tank with a patch of duct tape, headed off to get some sleep and ended up leaking more than 100 gallons of diesel fuel onto the road near Livingston, Mont. Fire crews were called after an employee at the truck stop noticed the leak, while the driver was presumably still sleeping. The trucker said he thought he may have hit something on Interstate 90 but couldn't find any damage when he stopped to check it out.
