TSA agent accused of spilling grandpa's ashes

An Indianapolis man is demanding an apology from the TSA after an agent at a Florida airport allegedly spilled his grandfather's ashes. According to one website, John Gross was leaving Orlando with the ashes in a tightly sealed jar marked "human remains." An agent is reported to have opened the jar and run her finger through the contents when they spilled onto the floor, leaving Gross to pick up the remains. On its website, the TSA states that human remains are to be opened under "no circumstances." The agency said it is looking into the matter and will review video feeds to see what happened.
